About the Role

Rijk Zwaan Italia S.R.L. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Almería. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and contributing to the well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Select and onboard new colleagues who align with our values and corporate culture.
  • Advise team leaders on various HR matters, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
  • Regularly visit our work centres to ensure a positive and sustainable work environment.
  • Reflect on relevant HR issues and communicate them effectively within the organization.
  • Participate in or lead HR projects to drive business results.
Requirements
  • A degree in psychology or human resource management.
  • A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
