About the Role

Rijk Zwaan Ibérica, Sa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner Consultant to join our team. As an HR Business Partner Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the company culture and contributing to the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve organizational performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
