Job Description

We are seeking an HR consultant who is passionate about both organisational and individual issues. As an Advisor HR, you will contribute to our corporate culture and work closely with HR colleagues in the areas of employee development, employment conditions, recruitment, vitality and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selecting new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
  • Advising team leaders in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.
  • Regularly visiting the different work centres.
  • Reflecting on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.
  • Participating in or leading HR projects.
Requirements
  • A degree in psychology or human resource management.
  • A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (level C1).
