Job Summary: We're looking for a senior partner who can partner across functions and businesses to enable new site launches and other site lifecycle stages from a PXT (HR) point of view. This role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership, developing, implementing and executing standard PXT Site Lifecycle resources, processes, and tools as well as anticipating risks and managing complex issues towards resolution with the country and European PXT leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all site lifecycle stages - e.g. site launches, retrofits, refurbishments and relocations.
- Ensuring standards for people impacting spaces are met in all site lifecycle stages.
- Challenging and escalating on any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces.
- Anticipating and escalating/resolving people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influencing mitigation strategies.
- Anticipating and escalating/resolving critical role hiring risks at launching, refurbishing or retrofitting site and ensuring internal guidelines are adhered to.
- Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems (such as Time and Attendance, HRIS tools), processes (such as the Employee engagement processes), and Day 1 Launch celebration once needed.
- Responsible for the coordination/set-up of PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of communications plan for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
- Running cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
- Facilitating project communication to stakeholders and leading project status meetings.
- Building cross-functional partnerships - working closely with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments such as Recruiting, WFS, PR and Legal to achieve objectives connected to all site lifecycle stages.
- Responsible for the set-up of People Governance structure for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
- Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives.
- Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that projects may impact.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to travel 50+% of working time is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In addition, generalist PXT (HR) exposure in a fast-paced, operational environment is desired.
- Fluency in German.
