**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our Digital Management division in Spain. As a BIM Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing robust governance frameworks for successful digital initiatives and streamlining project execution with advanced technology and connected data.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement BIM requirements, including OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, and PIRs.
  • Lead the BIM process at organisational, programme, and project levels.
  • Manage BIM information and supply chain management.
  • Ensure BIM compliance checking and data verification.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years' experience in architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced-level experience in BIM authoring, validation, and coordination tools.
  • Ability to lead and support teams in the implementation of BIM on major projects and programmes.
