Global Service Support Representative Job Description

The Global Service Support Organization is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients by hiring, developing, and retaining skilled service professionals. Our team is dedicated to treating each client contact as a service opportunity and delivering outstanding customer care to clients and internal associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using ADP Celergo's and StreamLine payroll platforms.
  2. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve technical issues.
  3. Escalate complex issues to senior teams and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems.
  4. Document solutions to problems for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  5. Utilize CRM systems, ticketing tools, and web conferencing applications to manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or problem-solving roles.
  • Proven track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing positions with international exposure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to clients.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • University degree or equivalent in education or experience.
