HR Labour Relations and Payroll Specialist

**Job Summary**
Thales Alenia Space España is seeking a highly skilled HR Labour Relations and Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating labour relations activities and payroll functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Payroll Administration: Prepare payroll data to send to the external payroll provider with all the variables per month.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including permanent, temporary workers, VIE, interns, and stagiaires. Ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees, including the collection of data for payslips, signature of payslips, and bank transfers.
- Labour Relations: Prepare trimestral documentation for unions and negotiate the annual working calendar with unions.
- HR Solutions and Reporting: Ensure databases are updated and information is accurate, conducting regular sanity checks. Prepare documentation for audits, including EINF, Social Report, and TEDAE.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.
