Your Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Lead the development of our growth marketing efforts in Italy, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and revenue operations, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy to engage and educate our target audience, driving lead generation and conversion.
- Channel Optimization: Identify and optimize new channels, including paid media, partnerships, and SEO, to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Market Adaptation: Tailor our inbound GTM (Go-To-Market) funnel specifically for Italy and Spain, ensuring market resonance and driving business growth.

Your Impact Metrics:

- Conversion Rates (CvR) Across the Sales Funnel: From landing page to deal closure, your strategies will optimize our conversion pathway.
- Cost Per Lead & Average Sales Price (ASP) vs. Target: Efficiency and value maximization will be key.
- Churn Rate: Minimize churn among new customers, securing long-term growth.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years in a relevant growth role, with a strong track record in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing data-driven marketing strategies and platforms to drive business growth.
- Market Acumen: A deep understanding of the Italian and Spanish markets, with experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams.
