Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking guests, handling phone inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, attractions, and amenities to enhance guests' experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
  3. Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
  4. Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  5. Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.
  6. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
  6. Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
  7. Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: 22k gross per year.
  • Bonus: 2K gross per year.
  • Permanent contract of 39 hours per week.
  • Two free weekends per month.
