Assistant Director of Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Sin nombre. As Assistant Director of Financial Operations, you will play a key role in driving our financial objectives and providing strategic leadership to our finance function.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including statutory accounting and audit requirements.
- Financial Operations: Manage the corporate accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Treasury Management: Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and reporting, and manage working capital and cash management practices.
- Financial Policy and Procedure: Develop and maintain local financial and accounting policies and procedures aligned to global policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements, including corporate law matters, income taxes, and transfer pricing.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance function of a shared services organization.
- Education: Professional certifications, such as CPA, CMA, or CAT, and a strong understanding of Spain local tax and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of financial modules of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle Financials, and strong Excel skills.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of business acumen and international finance.
