**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global IT team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage IT budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee global IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage key systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, password managers, and access management tools.
- Select and manage IT vendors, negotiating contracts for best value and security.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
**Requirements**
We are looking for an experienced IT Director with a strong background in leading global IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT budgets, and overseeing global IT infrastructure.
