About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Sin nombre. As Assistant Director of Financial Operations, you will play a key role in driving our financial objectives and providing strategic leadership to our finance function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including statutory accounting and audit requirements.
  3. Financial Operations: Manage the corporate accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  4. Treasury Management: Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and reporting, as well as efficient working capital and cash management practices.
  5. Financial Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain local financial and accounting policies and procedures aligned to global policies.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements, including corporate law matters, income taxes, and transfer pricing.
  7. Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance function of a shared services organization.
  2. Education: Professional certifications, such as CPA, CMA, or CAT, and a strong understanding of Spain local tax and compliance requirements.
  3. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of financial modules of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle Financials, and strong Excel skills.
  4. Language: Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong command of business acumen and analytical skills.
