About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Finance to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our Drug Product Division (DPD) in Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize investment opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Partner with the Commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in manufacturing and operational finance
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of business English
