Job Description

Job Title: Finance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to provide accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance function.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPA, CMA, or CAT.
  • Working knowledge of Spain local tax and compliances.
  • Working skills and knowledge of financial modules of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle Financials.
  • MS Office skills, including strong Excel knowledge.
  • Highly analytical and keen sense for details and data accuracy.
  • Knowledgeable in different financial reports, such as financial statements, general ledger, and financial planning.
  • Accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and knowledge of IFRS.
  • Experience in leading process improvements and automation.
