Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the workflow by recruiting new senior industry professionals for the initial months to expand GLG's network.
  • Upon successful certification in recruitment, executing urgent projects for GLG's clients while collaborating within a specialized team, organized by industry, region, or investment strategy.
  • Utilizing GLG's network to connect Council Members with clients, tailored to meet the specific needs of the clients.
  • Engaging daily with GLG's experts via phone to assess profiles, ensuring a precise match for client projects.
  • Upholding accountability and responsibility for client projects and enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Strengthening your understanding of clients by fostering robust relationships.
  • Towards the conclusion of your tenure, partnering with our Business Development/Sales team to brainstorm content ideas and strategize user engagement to boost revenue and maintain existing accounts.
  • Towards the conclusion of your tenure, collaborating with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to propose and implement a diverse range of products.
  • Working alongside senior team members to organize virtual and live content events.
  • Preparing for and participating in client meetings.

  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proven client service skills with experience in managing client relationships.
  • Background in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated commercial insight.
  • Strong inclination to thrive in a collaborative setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client service-oriented role post-graduation.
  • Full business proficiency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory for this position.
