Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Services Associate to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and certify senior industry experts to grow GLG's network
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for clients, working within a specialized team
  • Leverage GLG's network to match Council Members with clients
  • Qualify profiles to ensure exact fit for client projects
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience
  • Enhance knowledge of clients by building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable client services skills with owned relationships
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation

Career Progression:

Senior Client Services Associates typically progress to Client Solutions Manager roles after achieving specific qualitative goals, where they are responsible for their own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
