At Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services Firms (PSF) team, you'll be responsible for delivering projects and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and master our workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts to grow our network.
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for our PSF clients, leveraging our network to match experts with clients based on their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.
  • Work with senior team members to program virtual and live content events, preparing for and attending client meetings as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills, with experience owning relationships with clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment, with a Bachelor's degree or above.
