About the Role

ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative HR Compensation & Benefits Strategy Intern. This role is pivotal within the Group HR team, reporting directly to team managers to facilitate the effective execution of international initiatives.

The selected candidate will collaborate with HR professionals across various countries where the organization operates, ensuring uniformity in operations and the implementation of established engagement strategies across diverse regions. Throughout this journey, the HR C&B Strategy Intern will collect and assess data from multiple sources to derive insights and conclusions that will be crucial for new Global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

This position will be based in Madrid, with potential travel across Europe.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Engagement in collaborative multi-country projects with diverse multicultural teams
  • Assisting global HR teams in defining and executing compensation strategy initiatives
  • Evaluating and implementing strategic projects and action plans as outlined by the Group HR C&B Team
  • Hands-on involvement with expert HR Compensation and Strategy professionals on key projects aimed at driving future growth
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to deconstruct problems into manageable components
  • Highly developed analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Innovative and committed to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, or Engineering
  • Experience in Data, Financial, or Compensation analytics is a plus

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable
