Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-volume sales, leasing, or retail sales industry, with experience managing direct reports.
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity.
  • Highly experienced in building and growing a book of business.
  • Able to leverage relationships to maximize revenue and opportunities.
  • Passionate about deepening customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of basic accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience creating engagement across multiple lines of business and able to lead directly and via influence to create change.
  • Proven track record of achieving and beating personal and team goals.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
