Principal Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Engineering Manager who shares our passion for innovation and collaboration. Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a diverse team of Software Engineers
  • Mentor software developers in their technical and professional development
  • Drive projects while collaborating with PM/Design counterparts and other engineering teams to successfully execute on our roadmap and achieve team's strategic objectives
  • Design and implement large-scale engineering systems, applications, and features that enable us to deliver great user experiences for customers on desktop and mobile
  • Champion data-driven decisions through insights gained from customer feedback, feature usage, and competitive analyses
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and fun team environment where every employee can do their best
Requirements
  • Relevant years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers
  • Hands-on experience writing code in a Software Engineer or related role
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with React and/or TypeScript, and good knowledge of CSS, experience working across the full stack
