About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers. As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a diverse team, mentoring software developers, and driving projects to successfully execute on our roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a diverse team of software engineers
  • Mentor software developers in their technical and professional development
  • Drive projects while collaborating with PM/Design counterparts and other engineering teams
  • Design and implement large-scale engineering systems, applications, and features
  • Champion data-driven decisions through customer feedback, feature usage, and competitive analyses
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and fun team environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Relevant years of experience managing a team of software engineers
  • Hands-on experience writing code in a software engineer or related role
