About the Role

Eurovision Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and senior leadership team in decision-making activities, providing analysis and recommendations, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Commercial Strategy and Planning
    • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Identify business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
    • 8+ years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to interact with ease, confidence, and credibility at all levels within and outside the company.
