About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, Global to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and profitability of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and implement short, medium, and long-term financial strategies for our partnerships.
  • Analyze and assess current business performance to identify opportunities for profit and profitability improvements.
  • Lead the preparation of annual plans and quarterly forecasts for our strategic accounts, providing critical insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our strategic account P&L and drive business growth.
  • Deliver high-quality financial management information and commentary to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support cross-regional commercial projects and initiatives.
  • Work with the Senior Finance Manager and finance team to drive improvements in operational reporting and process development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
  • Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Confirmed commercial finance experience and ability to analyze data to solve business problems.
  • Proven ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-finance audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet, database, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and a passion for driving business growth.
