We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our Customer Success and Operations Team at Zapiplay Spain S.L. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide comprehensive and professional support to our customers via email and telephone.
  • Knowledge Development: Continuously develop your knowledge and skills through consultations, training, and workshops.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and the expansion of our internal knowledge base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product experts to resolve complex issues and update the product.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed training in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years of professional experience in customer service and ticket management, preferably in a marketing and design agency.
  • Skills: IT-savvy, good analytical skills, and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software and tasks.
  • Language: Very good spoken and written Spanish (level C2) and English.
