Job Summary

We're seeking a Lighting Artist to join our team of talented technical artists. As a Lighting Artist, you'll work collaboratively with art teams to enhance and beautify their work, using your expertise to define the mood and tone of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in building a lighting pipeline within the Unreal engine
  2. Work with lighting and technical artists in multiple locations
  3. Scene lighting for both in-game and prerendered cinematics
  4. Shot composition and rendering of key art and marketing shots
  5. Coordination and collaboration with Cinematic and VFX artists
Requirements
  • 3 years of real-time lighting experience in Games
  • Knowledge of UE4 Sequencer
  • Experience as a Lighting Artist on one AAA title
  • Knowledge of Unreal's lighting tools, and in particular the Deferred Lighting renderer
  • Experience developing quality lighting under runtime constraints
