Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Senior Manager

At Beam Suntory, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and operating our cloud computing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud strategy and architecture to support business growth and innovation.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure to ensure security, stability, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with application architects and owners to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage third-party support teams and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services.
  • Develop and implement scripts and templates for automated provisioning of resources.
  • Monitor cloud resource consumption, request fulfillment turnaround, application performance, and systems security posture.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of systems experience, including 5 years managing, designing, and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to develop and present initiatives or proposals to business and IT leaders.
  • Experience driving technical teams to delivery and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Work collaboratively with security and platform teams to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of quality and design.
  • Excellent logic and reasoning skills to troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, and implement preventive measures.
