About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. - C94. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and construction of new water infrastructure projects across our data center network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement water infrastructure projects, including management of design consultants, contractual drafting, and project scheduling.
  • Drive the development of business cases and investment needs for water reinforcement projects to secure water supply and discharges.
  • Manage project priorities and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with water infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, submitting capital allocation requests to senior leadership to secure finance for project delivery.
  • Support continuous process improvement through leading workflow updates, documenting lessons learned, and sharing knowledge across delivery teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in water infrastructure project management, with a strong background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex water infrastructure projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to review utility tariffs, water projects, and contracts.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
