Job Title: Listing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Listing Agent to join our team. As a Listing Agent, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new properties for sale and helping clients throughout the listing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential properties for sale through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective sellers, as well as potential buyers.
  • Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Prepare and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage.
  • English is a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ucranian, Russian, etc.
What We Offer:

We offer a commission structure with potential for high earnings based on performance. Please note that there is no fixed salary, the job is 100% commission based.
