Job Opportunity for a Sales & Listings Representative

Lucas Fox, a leading real estate agency in Spain, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Listings Representative to join their team in Altea.

As a Sales & Listings Representative, you will be responsible for listing properties, managing client relationships, and developing business in the assigned area. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of Altea's real estate market to list properties effectively
  • Collect and verify property documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and market updates
  • Develop business in the assigned area through networking and property farming
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and personal database

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Altea's key areas
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts
  • Languages required: German (Native/advanced)
  • Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results
  • Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international team
  • Proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, with experience working with demanding clients
