We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and developing a high level of engagement with our Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Partners, including key buyers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our Partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our Partners' businesses, including their industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to our Partners, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and English, with Spanish a plus.
  • 2 years of account management/sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and internal stakeholders.
