EKA Asset Efficiency Analyst

Position Overview
As an EKA Asset Efficiency Analyst, you will collaborate closely with European Business Development Managers (BDMs), European Key Account Managers (EKAMs), the Central Audit team, and EKA customer representatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to centrally manage the execution of the annual audit (stock inventory) process for a designated portfolio of EKA clients, ensuring alignment with internal Audit and Asset Protection policies and adherence to established timelines.
Throughout the audit cycle, the EKA Asset Efficiency Analyst will be tasked with delivering a comprehensive European overview of audit investigations and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the scheduling of the annual EKA audit. Serve as a timekeeper during audit preparation phases (collection of physical counts, uploading counts into CHEP systems, etc.) Lead the coordination of local teams' progress in audit reconciliation, identifying critical issues to BDMs and the EKA Asset Efficiency Manager (e.g., slow or stalled progress in specific countries/audits, high risk of losses, etc.) Ensure adherence to the audit timeline as dictated by internal Audit policies or contractual obligations, escalating any delays or deviations to BDMs and the EKA Asset Efficiency Manager. Provide recommendations for the closure of Audit Plan Headers (APH), considering both commercial agreements and compliance with systems and policy requirements. Ensure APH closure upon audit completion and accurate execution of stock adjustments. Propose, lead, and/or engage in projects related to Asset Efficiency and the health of the EKA portfolio accounts. Offer guidance and support for ad hoc EKA inquiries concerning account health and audits.Required Experience:
Experience working within a complex matrix structure. Background in analytics. Knowledge of supply chain processes. Experience in a customer-focused role.Skills and Competencies:

Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and AFO. Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Language Proficiency:
Required: full proficiency in English. Preferred: proficiency in another European language (Spanish, French, etc.) is advantageous.Preferred Education:
Degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Work Experience Level:
