Position Overview
As an EKA Asset Productivity Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with European Business Development Managers (BDMs), European Key Account Managers (EKAMs), the Central Audit team, and EKA customer representatives.
Your role will involve the centralized management of the annual audit (stock inventory) process for a designated portfolio of EKA customers, overseeing everything from planning to execution, in accordance with internal Audit and Asset Protection policies, while adhering to established timelines.
During the audit process, you will be expected to provide a comprehensive overview of audit investigations and outcomes to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling the annual EKA audit.
- Act as a timekeeper during the audit preparation phase (including physical counts collection and data entry into CHEP systems).
- Lead the coordination of local teams in audit reconciliation, promptly addressing critical issues with BDMs and the EKA Asset Productivity Manager (e.g., slow progress in specific audits, high risk of losses).
- Ensure adherence to the audit timeline as per internal Audit policies or contractual obligations, escalating any delays or deviations to BDMs and the EKA Asset Productivity Manager.
- Make informed recommendations for the closure of Audit Plan Headers (APH), considering both commercial agreements and compliance with policies.
- Ensure the completion of APH upon audit conclusion and accurate execution of stock adjustments.
- Initiate, lead, and/or participate in projects aimed at enhancing Asset Productivity and the health of the EKA portfolio.
- Provide guidance and support for ad hoc EKA inquiries related to account health and audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a complex matrix organization.
- Strong analytical background.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations.

Language Requirements:
- Mandatory: Full proficiency in English.
- Desirable: Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, French) is advantageous.
Preferred Education:
Degree or equivalent.
Preferred Level of Work Experience:
3 - 5 years.
