About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EKA Asset Productivity Analyst to join our team at Brambles. As an EKA Asset Productivity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of the annual audit process for our EKA customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the calendarization of annual EKA audits and ensure timely completion within established timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on audit preparation and reconciliation.
  • Lead the coordination of audit progress, highlighting critical situations and escalating delays to senior management.
  • Make recommendations for Audit Plan Header closure, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements and policy requirements.
  • Ensure accurate execution of stock adjustments and propose projects related to Asset Productivity and EKA portfolio account health.
  • Provide guidance and support to ad hoc EKA requests related to EKA account health and audit.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a complex matrix structure, with analytical and supply chain backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
  • Customer focus, with a proactive behavior and tenacity to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of the Supply Chain, with advanced MS Office skills and proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce & AFO, with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Desirable: proficiency in other European languages, such as Spanish or French.
