Your Mission
The Sales Engineer is part of the rapidly growing Aftership go-to-market organization. The primary goal of this role is to successfully increase the sales and adoption of Aftership's solutions by working alongside the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to effectively demonstrate Aftership's offerings and answer technical questions for mid-market to enterprise-level corporate prospects. This Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the prospective client understands their requirements are met with Aftership's products, is ready to begin onboarding, and has technical & project-based resources secured to start implementing.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Effectively demonstrate Aftership's solutions and answer technical questions for prospective clients
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Aftership's solutions remain competitive

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or technical sales role
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and post-purchase solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
