Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale and acquire new listings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective sellers, and potential buyers.
  • Perform property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Develop and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
  • Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage, with English being a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, etc.
