- Perform property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
- Develop and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
- Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage, with English being a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, etc.
Benefits
- Commission structure with potential for high earnings based on performance.
- No fixed salary, the job is 100% commission-based.
