Senior Sales Role at Lucas Fox

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales professional to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our luxury property business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Madrid's key neighborhoods to list properties in target areas.
  • Collect and verify property documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and market updates.
  • Drive business development through farming potential properties, networking, and other activities.
  • Handle allocated clients from initial contact to completion, offering creative solutions to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and personal database.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate, with specific knowledge of Madrid's central locations.
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
  • Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, with ability to work in an international team.
