Job Summary

The Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Global Projects Disputes Practice is seeking a highly skilled Construction Projects Expert to join our team. As a member of our global projects disputes practice, you will work closely with an international team of lawyers focused on major construction and infrastructure matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the practice both internally and externally
  • Work closely with the leaders of the practice and senior lawyers to shape the future of the practice
  • Identify opportunities for client-facing knowledge and contribute to client conversations
  • Network with external bodies and produce thought leadership pieces

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in construction and infrastructure projects
  • Experience advising on construction law issues relating to large-scale international projects
  • Experience advising on contract administration, merits reviews, and compliance issues
  • Strong interest in the construction and major projects sector
