About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation tools, particularly focusing on our CRM HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our CRM platform (HubSpot), ensuring it is fully integrated with other tools and used to its full potential.
  2. Automation Setup: Design, implement, and manage automated marketing sales workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer segmentation strategies.
  3. Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data by regularly auditing data inputs, removing duplicates, and updating outdated information.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, CRM health, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and objectives.
  6. Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving marketing goals.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or related roles, with a strong preference for experience using HubSpot.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot is a must), marketing automation tools, data analysis, and reporting tools. Familiarity with SQL or similar database query languages is a plus.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Attention to Detail: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data management and reporting.
  6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
