We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Executive to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Support
- Provide timely and efficient support to our call center team with transportation requests.
- Administer both Amadeus and our in-house reservation system to ensure seamless ticketing and travel arrangements.
- Group Travel Coordination
- Efficiently coordinate group travel arrangements for our Meetings and Events department.
- Communicate travel information to clients, including schedule changes and potential issues.
- Finance Support
- Assist the Finance department with the reconciliation of transport billings.
- Airline Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline representatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with airlines.
- Education
- University graduate or at least 3 years of experience in ticketing/travel agency.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in ticketing/travel agency.
- Understanding of the airline industry, airline rules and regulations.
- Amadeus selling Platform utilization – ticketing, reissuing tickets, IT fares, Queues administration, BSP knowledge.
- Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and good level in English (French is a plus).
