About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our UK Operations team in London. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, you will provide executive support to the DSP Director and assist other senior staff based in continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the DSP Director, including arranging international travel itineraries and hotel bookings.
  • Support schedule and calendar planning, as well as interact with Amazon counterparts on a global basis to arrange meetings and conference calls.
  • Work closely with EU Operations and EU-based support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation, and manage weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Organize small-scale team events and larger-scale department/company-wide events as required.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes.
  • Maintain an effective computer-based filing system and manual filing system (where appropriate).
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
