Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Im globalen Compensation Team erstellen und verantworten Sie alle Guidelines und Policies zur globalen Vergütungsstrategie und Vergütungsprogrammen.
  • Programm- und projektübergreifend verantworten Sie die Kommunikations- und Change Management Strategie und deren Umsetzung zu allen vergütungsrelevanten Themen.
  • Sie erstellen Kommunikationskonzepte und -materialien und stellen die zielgruppenorientierte und konsistente Kommunikation innerhalb HR und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate Communication gegenüber Managern und Mitarbeitern sicher.
  • Sie koordinieren und betreuen die globale Total Rewards Community und verantworten die Intranet- und Social-Mediapräsenz des Compensation CoE.
  • Sie betreuen und beraten globale und regionale HR Business Partner zu globalen und business-spezifischen Vergütungsthemen.
  • Innerhalb des Compensation CoE's sind Sie zudem globaler Ansprechpartner zu allen vergütungsrelevanten M&A; und Integrationsthemen.
  • In globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Projekten übernehmen Sie Verantwortung als (Teil-)Projektleitung und arbeiten an strategischen HR Themen und Initiativen.
Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung:
  • Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor-/Masterabschluss in einem relevanten Studienfach oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Sie haben langjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung in Compensation & Benefits und verfügen über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Richtlinien und Policies.
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Interaktion mit Führungskräften und Executives.
  • Sie verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung in der strategischen Planung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten und Change Management Prozessen in komplexen Unternehmensstrukturen.
  • Sie haben bereits erfolgreich Projekte in komplexen Matrixorganisation geleitet.

  • Sie sind eine offene Persönlichkeit, treten überzeugend und souverän auf, sind durchsetzungsstark und besitzen ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, einen teamorientierten, strukturierten Arbeitsstil sowie hohes Engagement aus.
  • Sie verfügen über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sind vertraut mit der professionellen Nutzung von Social Media Kanälen.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, um in unserem internationalen Kontext erfolgreich agieren zu können.
