We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team at Page Personnel in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 15+ professionals to ensure business continuity, workload optimization, and performance.
- Oversee the full invoicing cycle, from request to accurate billing, and ensure revenue recognition in line with corporate rules.
- Monitor closing activities and manage escalations with internal and external customers to support business processes.
- Report on activity and performance to various stakeholders and drive continuous improvement for the market and across departments.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role with a team of over 7 people.
- Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practices in an international environment and across different organizations/regions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluent and professional English required.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve company objectives and a dynamic, organized approach with a methodical mindset.
- Experience in a multinational environment with a competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona.
