About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor Banqueting to join our team at Radisson Red Madrid. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Banqueting department, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Departmental Leadership: Supervise and manage the Banqueting department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  3. Task Management: Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Departmental Performance: Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental plans and objectives, ensuring that hotel initiatives and targets are met.
  5. Cost Control: Work with the team to control costs and inventory, ensuring that productivity and performance levels are maintained.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting the company culture and values.
  7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practice, performing follow-up activities as required.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is beneficial, but not essential.
  2. Approach: A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude is essential.
  3. Service Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  5. Integrity: Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  6. Technical Skills: Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  7. Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
