Director of Food and Beverage

Kimpton Aysla Mallorca is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute food and beverage plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the hotel's brand positioning.
  • Lead the F&B department, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and implement menus, ensuring alignment with the hotel's brand and quality standards.
  • Train and develop staff to meet quality and service standards.
  • Monitor local competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure all food and beverage facilities and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading the F&B department in a boutique/luxury hotel.
  • Fluency in local languages and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Oracle MICROS knowledge a strong asset.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, and passionate about service.
