About the Role

Mantu is an international consulting player that brings together expert and complementary brands to respond to all business transformation challenges. As an HR Officer, you will be part of the Human Resources Department, which aims to ensure Mantu's growth by providing employees with the right support and career development throughout their work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and provide HR support, following up on HR policies, procedures, administrative, and legal aspects.
  • Be responsible for the employee lifecycle on your scope, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Liaise with external providers for payroll and HR topics, if any.
  • Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and government regulations.
  • Contribute to lean management and improvement of HR processes.
  • Address payroll-related queries and prepare documents in compliance with labor legislation and company local regulations.
  • Manage personnel record-keeping and reporting.
  • Process employee paperwork and assist them with workplace adaptation.
Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in HR or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration. You should be fluent in Spanish and English, eager to work in an international team, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, and problem-solving skills. Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus to improve day-to-day productivity.
