Job Description

Human Resources Officer F/M/X

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer F/M/X to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will advise and provide HR support, following up on HR policies, procedures, and administrative and legal aspects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring employee lifecycle management in your scope
  • Liaising with external providers for payroll and HR topics, if any
  • Providing support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolving issues and problems
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and government regulations
  • Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
  • Administering internal communication on HR topics for this dedicated population
  • Coordinating and managing logistics of training sessions
  • Contributing to lean management and improvement of HR processes
  • Contributing to HR group projects
  • Addressing payroll-related queries
  • Preparing documents in compliance with labor legislation and local regulations
  • Managing personnel record-keeping and reporting
  • Processing employee paperwork and assisting them with workplace adaptation

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalence and a previous experience in HR and administration field of 2 years. You should be fluent in Spanish and English and eager to work in an international team. You should also be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You should be curious, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills; autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
