The Link Medical Insight product is designed to capture, analyze, and disseminate critical medical insights across the organization, empowering medical teams to refine their strategies based on scientific data.
As the Senior Manager of Agile Operations, you will serve as the primary resource for all inquiries related to data operations concerning Medical Insights. Your role will involve collaboration with product management, central data operations, software engineering, data science, data governance, and quality assurance teams.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong academic background or relevant experience in operations within a large technology firm or a rapidly growing company. You will work in an agile environment with a significant level of independence to ensure customer success. Your expertise in driving continuous enhancements, achieving process excellence, and inspiring large teams to exceed expectations will be crucial. Effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines are essential. You should also be comfortable working remotely in a global setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team.
- Optimize operational processes and establish best practices.
- Monitor and steer relevant KPIs to enhance performance, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Ensure exceptional data quality and spearhead quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure accountability for achieving business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to guarantee customer success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing large teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated autonomy and agility with a proven record of delivering customer success.
- Experience in creating scalable processes and promoting best practices.
- Proven track record as an effective people manager, building dynamic and high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or PhD) in Life Sciences.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Familiarity with the software or life sciences sectors.
