Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Executive to join our team at Hotelbeds Group. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a vital role in driving our global agenda and ensuring that our employees are informed, involved, and engaged in our business and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of internal communications plans and campaigns to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
- Develop and write creative, engaging content for various communications channels, including our intranet and social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support for campaign development and implementation, including data gathering and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Comms, ESG, and Global Operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Identify and develop opportunities to enhance employee engagement and communication, including employee recognition and reward programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or internal communications setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to write and communicate effectively in a global context.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages and web/intranet platforms.
