The position of Lead Human Resources Business Partner for Iberia involves spearheading our HR initiatives. We aspire to see our dedicated team at TheFork thrive in their careers and personal lives. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset, we aim to equip our team members with the support necessary to grow alongside TheFork's expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HRBP functions for Iberia, concentrating on the Global Operations sector
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their requirements and ensuring success at TheFork
  • Collaborate on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategies within the HR community
  • Proactively contribute to the enhancement of HR processes, policies, and initiatives
  • Act as a champion for TheFork's organizational culture, partnering with business units to promote engagement
  • Assist leaders in nurturing ED&I, addressing bias, and managing operational employee matters
  • Oversee various annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, and Engagement
  • Leverage HR data to identify trends and provide insights
  • Lead specific initiatives for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy

Desired Profile and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in collaborating with leaders in a dynamic setting. A solid HR foundation, consultative approach, and a curiosity for understanding business objectives are essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate:

  • Quick learning ability, growth mindset, and proactive attitude
  • Capability to navigate complex situations and provide HR guidance to diverse stakeholders
  • Facilitative approach to effectively serve as an HR role model
  • Metrics-oriented with analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality (a plus)
  • Familiarity with Spanish employment and labor law (strong plus)
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
