Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and functional business partners to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists in utilizing market data to drive insights and inform hiring decisions.
  • Manage the day-to-day talent acquisition operations, focusing on quality of hire, cycle time to hire, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement modifications to recruitment processes, including vendor analysis and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists to achieve best-in-class recruiting capabilities.
  • Assist in creating and executing enterprise-wide strategic recruitment plans to support operational business initiatives.
  • Establish meaningful recruiting metrics to identify trends in hiring and workforce planning needs.
  • Cultivate a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Previous experience as HR business partner/and or human resource manager with direct professional work experience in employee relations, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation, talent acquisition, benefits
  • Prior direct work experience with contract negotiations, union labor relations, and employment law
  • Prior direct work experience with HR Systems to include SAP, Oracle, Lawson, or similar
